Before we provide you with credit assistance, we give you our Credit Guide. It is a disclosure document, and you should read it.
It sets out who we are and who we act for, the credit providers we most commonly work with, any fees you may be charged, and the commissions we may receive if your loan settles. It also explains how to make a complaint.
We provide it before any application is lodged — you do not have to ask. If you would like to read it beforehand, request a copy at any time:

The Credit Guide is issued through our licensee’s platform, which keeps the lender and remuneration details current. Publishing a separate copy on this website would risk it falling out of date, so we provide you with the current version directly instead.
